Police seek witnesses after bus collides with pedestrian on Cooma road, Queanbeyan

Shortly after 9am on Monday 31 October 2016, a collision occurred between a bus and pedestrian in Cooma Road, Queanbeyan. This was adjacent to the primary school and showground. Police are seeking witnesses to this collision to assist with their investigation.
A 66 year old women from Queanbeyan was conveyed to the Queanbeyan District Hospital following the accident suffering injuries.
Traffic was heavy at the time of the incident following a recent road closure further along Cooma Road.
